CANCELATIONS & NO-SHOW POLICY

It’s crucial to recognize that forgetting or canceling appointments without adequate notice not only deprives businesses of the chance to fill that time slot but also disappoints other clients waiting for services. To ensure a positive experience for all our clients and professionals, we have established the following appointment terms:

You have the flexibility to cancel or make changes to your appointment at no cost up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Less than 24 hours notice is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

Failing to cancel or attend your scheduled appointment will result in a ‘No Show’ designation, and you will be billed 100% of the scheduled service(s).

Appointments booked within the 24-hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

As a gesture of courtesy, we send appointment confirmation messages 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment through email, using the contact details provided during booking. Failure to acknowledge these confirmation messages may lead to your appointment slot being allocated to another client.

Late arrivals will incur the full cost of the scheduled service(s), even if there isn’t sufficient time to complete them.

Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.

There are no exceptions.‍

LASH REFILL POLICY

Athena’s Beauty does refill lashes applied by another salon. To account for the variability in lash quality and application, Athena’s Beauty applies a $20 surcharge for these sets.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are not provided. If you encounter any service-related concerns, kindly reach out to us directly, and we will make every effort to enhance your overall experience.
